Shipping
At Three Peas, all of our products are made-to-order and are typically ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require longer processing times, however an estimated time will be communicated in advance. Please allow 3-10 business days for FREE standard Canada Post shipping within Canada. Some exceptions apply for remote areas. Please inquire shipping outside of North America. Â Upgrades to Canada Express (1-2 business days) and USA Expedited (4-7 business days) available for an additional fee.Â
Returns/Exchanges:
All of our products are handmade to order, with dedication to quality materials and craftsmanship. Our gemstones and findings are carefully selected for each project. Due to the nature of these materials, the finished product may differ slightly from the photos shown. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product when it arrives at your door, we will work to correct the problem or offer a refund or exchange for the unused item. Please notify us within 15 days of the receipt of your item, at which point we will work together to decide which option is best suited to your needs. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.
If an exchange is offered, please allow up to 7 business days for us to send a return label for the original item. Please ensure the item is returned with all original tags and packaging in a padded envelope.
Repairs:
At Three Peas, all of our products are handmade with care. Our gemstones and findings are carefully selected for each project and our finished product is inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the materials and usage, it can be expected that your product will be subject to some wear. To keep your Three Peas jewellery looking fabulous, we advise you to remove it before swimming and bathing and to please follow the care instructions provided with your product. If you notice any significant wear, please contact us at any time so that we can assess whether your item is in need of repair. If we decide that your item needs repairing, we will be happy to repair it for free. If the item requires shipping, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. For further information about repairs, please contact us directly.
We aren’t perfect, and we know that sometimes accidents happen. If your item breaks, please collect any loose materials and contact us immediately. Within 30 days of your purchase we will repair or replace your item for free. After 30 days, we may ask you to pay a fee to replace any materials lost in the breakage. If the item requires shipping, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Custom Orders
Every item that comes out of our shop is as unique as it’s wearer. Your custom Three Peas design was specially designed for you, and as such these items are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to exchange or rework the design, please contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your item and for an additional fee, we can work together to create something that better suits your tastes. All shipping costs for this process are the customer’s responsibility.
